How does dietary intake work?

Each employee fills out a 60-second form — allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, etc.), preferences (vegetarian, halal, low-carb). We block dishes that conflict with their profile and log everything for HACCP audits.

What if someone doesn't pick by Wednesday?

They get the chef's picks for that week — same as the default. We send two reminders (Mon and Wed morning) but never block them out of a meal.

Can we add or remove employees mid-week?

Yes, until Wednesday 18:00 for the following week. Removals refund pro-rated to the day. Additions are billed on next invoice.

How is invoicing handled?

One PDF + CSV every Friday at 18:00, covering Mon—Fri of that week. Charged via SEPA direct debit on Monday. We can do bank transfer or invoice-on-PO for Enterprise.

What's your delivery zone?

Olbia industrial zone, Olbia centro, and Costa Smeralda offices up to Porto Cervo. Outside? We can talk — it depends on volume.

Can we change the pricing tier?

Tiers auto-adjust based on the rolling 4-week average. If your team grows or shrinks, we just bill the new tier next week. No paperwork.

We deliver a 12-portion tasting tray to your office, free. You and your team try it. We sit down with you afterwards. That's it.
