Each employee fills out a 60-second form — allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, etc.), preferences (vegetarian, halal, low-carb). We block dishes that conflict with their profile and log everything for HACCP audits.
They get the chef's picks for that week — same as the default. We send two reminders (Mon and Wed morning) but never block them out of a meal.
Yes, until Wednesday 18:00 for the following week. Removals refund pro-rated to the day. Additions are billed on next invoice.
One PDF + CSV every Friday at 18:00, covering Mon—Fri of that week. Charged via SEPA direct debit on Monday. We can do bank transfer or invoice-on-PO for Enterprise.
Olbia industrial zone, Olbia centro, and Costa Smeralda offices up to Porto Cervo. Outside? We can talk — it depends on volume.
